Core Responsibilities
- Develop work instructions, cycle times, and process routings for new parts
- Optimize mold, lamination, and cure processes for repeatability and cost
- Support tooling design and CNC programming for machined components
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering
- Hands-on understanding of composite or precision manufacturing processes
- Comfortable working on the shop floor with production teams
Nice to Have
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure
- CNC machining or mold-making background
