Lay up, cure, and finish carbon fiber propellers, airframe components, and structural parts to documented quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare molds, cut and place carbon fiber plies according to the lamination plan
- Run vacuum infusion / autoclave cure cycles and monitor process parameters
- Trim, bond, and finish parts to dimensional and surface tolerances
- Complete traceability records for every batch and cure cycle
Requirements
- Experience with composite lamination or a related manufacturing trade
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and work instructions
- Attention to detail and consistency under repeat production
Nice to Have
- Prior aerospace or marine composite experience
- NDT or quality inspection background
