Design propellers and composite structural parts from customer requirements through to production-ready geometry.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate motor, mission, and load data into propeller and part geometry
- Build and iterate 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings
- Work with production on mold design and manufacturability
- Support structural and flow analysis with test data
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical, aerospace, or a related engineering field
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Understanding of composite materials and manufacturing constraints
Nice to Have
- Propeller or rotor design experience
- CFD or FEA exposure
