Core Responsibilities
- Own project schedule, scope, and budget across design, tooling, and production
- Coordinate between engineering, production, quality, and the customer
- Track risks, technical open items, and delivery milestones
- Report project status to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience managing technical or manufacturing projects
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and production plans
- Strong organizational and cross-team communication skills
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Defense or aerospace program experience
