Core Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC milling/turning operations from technical drawings
- Select tooling and cutting parameters for aluminum and composite tooling
- Inspect finished parts against dimensional tolerances
- Maintain machines and perform routine calibration checks
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC mills or lathes
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T basics
- Attention to precision and dimensional accuracy
Nice to Have
- CAM software experience (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar)
- Mold-making background
