Core Responsibilities
- Build and test prototype propellers, molds, and composite parts
- Run structural, flow, and functional tests and analyze results
- Iterate designs based on test data before handoff to production
- Document findings and feed learnings back into the design process
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical, aerospace, or materials engineering
- Hands-on prototyping and testing experience
- Comfortable working with ambiguous, early-stage requirements
Nice to Have
- Propeller, UAV, or marine composite project experience
- Test-rig or instrumentation experience
